Before you write
A few things come up often enough that the answer is already on the site, and you will get an answer faster by reading than by waiting on us.
- "Can you show me who viewed my profile?" No, and neither can anyone else. The data is not collected. See the full explanation for Spotify and for Apple Music.
- "Can you look up someone else's stats for me?" Not for Spotify or Apple Music. Those platforms release listening data only to the account holder. Last.fm is the exception, because those profiles are public, and you can check any username with the Last.fm stats viewer.
- "A tool is not loading." Tell us which one, your browser, and roughly what happened. That detail saves a round trip.
- "Something in a guide is out of date." Please do send these. App menus change constantly, and a pointer to the specific step that has drifted is genuinely useful.
What we do with your message
Your message and email address are used to reply to you and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share or sell your details. Messages are delivered straight to our inbox through a form service, so no message content is stored on this website.
One more time, because it matters: never send us your Spotify, Apple, or Last.fm password. We will never ask for it, and there is no situation where we would need it. If any site or person asks you for it, that is a scam.
