Once the season is actually here and Wrapped still won't appear, work through the reasons below.

Reason 1: Your app is out of date

This is the number one culprit, and it's the reason "Spotify is telling users to update their app for Wrapped" trends every single December. The Wrapped hub ships inside a specific app version, and if you're running an older build, the feature simply won't be there. Spotify says it plainly in its Wrapped announcement: to find your recap, "just make sure your app is up-to-date."

Go to the App Store on iPhone or the Play Store on Android and check for a Spotify update.
