YouTube Music Stats, Anytime

Your Recap only shows up once a year. See your liked songs, playlists and top artists whenever you want. Free, read only, no listening data stored.

Free · Read only · No account needed to read the guides

We use the official YouTube API, so we can show your likes, playlists and the artists you follow. For full play-count history, we will help you use a Google Takeout export.

What you can see

The data YouTube Music makes available through its official read-only API, and nothing faked.

Liked songs

Your Liked Music in one scrollable list, so you can see what you have been saving.

Your playlists

Every playlist you have made, with names and track counts, pulled straight from your account.

Top artists (estimate)

A best-effort ranking from the artists you follow and the ones across your likes and playlists. Labeled as an estimate, because the API does not expose play counts.

The Takeout route

For true play-count history, we point you to a Google Takeout export instead of pretending the API can return it.

The YouTube Data API gives apps your likes, playlists and subscriptions, but it does not expose YouTube Music listening history or play counts. So this tool shows those three honestly and points you to a Google Takeout export for real history. We do not fake most-played-by-play-count data that the API does not provide.

How it works

1. Connect with Google

Approve read only access on Google's own screen. We never see your password.

2. Your stats load in the browser

Your liked songs, playlists and followed artists appear right away. Nothing gets saved to a server.

3. Revoke any time

Because it is read only OAuth, you can remove access from your Google account whenever you like. We store no listening data.

Also use Spotify? See your Spotify top artists and tracks any time with Music Profile Viewer on our homepage. It is Spotify only, so it will not read your YouTube Music account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see my YouTube Music stats without waiting for Recap?

Yes, partly. Using the official YouTube API we can show your liked songs, playlists, and the artists you follow any time. True play-count stats (your literal most-played tracks) are not available through the API, so for that we point you to a Google Takeout export of your history.

Is this tool safe? Do you store my data?

It uses Google's official read-only OAuth, so it only reads, never changes your account, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time. We do not store your listening data.

Does this show my top artists like Spotify does?

It shows a best-effort top-artists view built from the artists you follow and the ones in your likes and playlists. It is an estimate, not official play counts, because YouTube Music does not expose play counts through its API. We are upfront about that.

Where is my YouTube Music Recap?

Open the YouTube Music app, tap your profile photo, and choose Your Recap, or on desktop go to youtube.com/recap. Our full guide walks through it: the Recap guide.

Does YouTube Music have a "who viewed my profile" feature?

No. YouTube Music has no public listener profiles and no profile-view tracking, so no tool can show you who viewed your profile.
